For PHP developers on macOS
Corral runs PHP, nginx, MySQL, HTTPS .test domains and a mail catcher on your Mac. It replaces Herd, DBngin and TablePlus for everyday work, and it's yours: no account, no subscription.

Settings apply live, crashed services restart themselves, and everything comes back after sleep or a reboot.
Park a folder and each project inside becomes name.test, with HTTPS from a local certificate authority. Laravel, WordPress, static sites and Vite proxies are detected for you.
Pick a default and give any site its own version. Builds include intl, imagick, OPcache and redis. php and composer follow the folder you are in.
Install Node 18 and up, honour .nvmrc, and switch versions per terminal with the nvm commands you are used to.
Run several MySQL 8.4 servers, back up, import and duplicate databases, and point a site at one: Corral fills in its .env.
Browse, filter, edit rows and change tables in Corral itself, or connect to any MySQL or MariaDB server. Every schema change shows its SQL first.
Apps send to port 1025 and every message lands in an inbox, with a Mailpit-style API for tests. Nothing is delivered.
corral park, link, secure, isolate 8.3, use 8.4, open and restart from the terminal, always in step with the app.
Corral reads Herd's parked folders, links and HTTPS choices and serves them on .test, and imports DBngin's MySQL data in about a second.
Signed and notarized by Apple, and it updates itself.
Open the disk image and drag Corral to Applications.
Corral asks once for your password to serve .test addresses over HTTPS.
Choose your projects folder. Each project gets its own address.
